Management and Team
Today Blue Ocean Impex is racing ahead vigorously in the market under the competent guidance of its visionary Managing Director, Mr. M.P. Aggarwal. He brings with him more than 35 years of experience in marketing, distribution, sales and manufacturing of FMCG products.

Our Team consists of highly skilled professionals and well trained sales team comprising of 150 members.

Our staffing strength is constantly being boost up to set a high standard of service by making the products available to retail trade. They also skillfully support other areas like merchandising, putting up of POP materials, arranging displays and other promotional supports.

 

Distribution Network

 

We boast of having developed a wide distribution network throughout the country in a very short span of time. We are operating through 4 regional offices, 22 super stockists and more than 1400 authorized distributors covering every state in India.

We cater to more than 3 lakhs retail outlets in 1000 cities and towns across the country encompassing from the smallest village grocery shop to the super markets and hypermarkets in all major cities.

This strong distribution network empowers Blue Ocean to effectively distribute the products from the retail counters spread across India.

In our Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, IT streamlines our widespread supply chain network of dealers and retailers, and ensures that real time information, which is crucial for planning and decision-making, is available at all times.
Upgrading from distributed and unconnected systems, we have evolved into a centralized and integrated architecture, riding a successful change management process. A crucial component of our IT infrastructure includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), which is customized to serve our dynamic needs.

SALES PROMOTION

Salons & Parlors: We have specialized team of Technical/ Beauty Advisors, who cover all the major Salons and Beauty Parlors, on a regular basis, explaining the usage and benefits of the products, alongwith the distribution of Point of Sale materials like posters, leaflets, etc.

In Shop Operations: We carry out direct product promotions at prominent retail outlets. Setting up an exclusive counter, our team interacts with the customers by giving them demonstration of the products.

Home to Home Operation: We have a dedicated team for the door-to-door promotions.

Merchandising: We always insist that all our Sales Calls must be with merchandising at the retail outlets. The specialized team members do windows/ shelf display, put up POP materials to make the products visible at the retail shelves.

Manaufacturing

 

Apart from marketing products of Henna Group viz. Colormate hair colors, Blackrose Kali Mehandi , Blue Ocean has ventured into manufacturing and marketing of In-house products and have recently introduced a wide variety of Blue Ocean brand of perfumes in the market which has been successfully accepted by the consumers and are available at most of the retail outlets across the country. We are also at the brink of introducing other lifestyle products very soon.
